DSWD DATABASE OF POOR IN CALABARZON LAUNCHED

IDENTIFYING WHO AND WHERE THE POOR ARE. The Department of Social Welfare and Development, through its Field Office IV-A leads Local Officials and Heads of National Government Agencies in the CALABARZON Region, in the ceremonial launching of the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) database of the poor through a symbolic 'touching' of the NHTS-PR glow signifying their cooperation and interest in the database.
